Baptiste Pointe is proud to celebrate a major milestone for our client, Dion's Chicago Dream, which has been awarded an $800,000 grant through the Neighborhood Capital Fund (NCF), led by The Chicago Community Trust.
The funding will support the development of Dreamville Campus, a 20,000-square-foot food distribution and economic development hub in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood. The project will expand access to fresh food while creating opportunities for local entrepreneurship, job creation, and long-term economic growth.
As The Chicago Community Trust noted in its November 2, 2026 announcement:
"These investments help neighborhood organizations create lasting assets that expand opportunity, strengthen local economies, and improve quality of life for residents, which in turn benefits the entire region."
Baptiste Pointe has supported the Dreamville Campus project through site selection, pre-development, capital strategy and management, and owner's representation—helping translate an ambitious community vision into an actionable development strategy.
